Did you notice that Prince Philip is handing his rank of colonel in the Grenadier Guards to his son Andrew although neither of them have served in the regiment. How does that work out? Of course it has nothing to do with the fact that a Colonel is very well paid.
Andrew already holds high ranks in the navy and Air force,both well paid. Perhaps Andy will now be able to sign off Job Seekers because he doesn't appear to have a proper job.. I finished my stint in the RMC as warrant Officer (first class of course ) so perhaps I can hand that rank over to my son,its better than Job Seekers.
