The usual misinformation from the Telegraph!

It depends whether they are county court bailiffs or high court bailiffs.

If they are the latter you can be evicted with just one hour's notice and they CAN force their way in and force you to leave if necessary.

Children are are not exempt even if they are on a life support machine as we have seen on "Can't pay? We'll take it away".

Badly written articles like that one is the reason there are so many evictions in the UK. :fuming:
