Coventry City Council are useless!

Last year I had an apology from the inept muppets at the council with reference to the council tax demand and their pathetically poor communications.

This year, I contacted them on the 11th of March, I have had a response today. - Over two months to respond with a single sentence.

Pull your finger out Lucas or get out!

Well Dopey Damian my old fruit; that phone system was supposed to be new last year and was introduced to coincide with the new tax year. How very clever of you, but are you really expecting us to swallow the fact that the phone system needs replacing every couple of years? How much does it cost my old fruit?
