Is our city grubby?

Postby rebbonk » Tue Apr 21, 2015 6:21 pm

I visited the city centre today. It was the first time for many months and I was struck just how grubby and run-down the place looks. Apart from the nice new area in front of the council house that hardly attracts visitors.

Have our council let us down?
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

I have to make the journey at least once a month to pick up blood pressure tablets and have to be extremely careful where I tread. I also always wear boots whatever the weather so I can hose them down when I get home.

I don't blame the council so much as the personal habits of the people who live here.
