Whilst we have email facilities for reporting things such as inoperative street lights etc. to the local council, it isn't always easy to find out just where to send your email to. The Aussies in typical fashion are more forthright. They have a site called, "It's buggered mate!" http://its-buggered-mate.apps.lpmodules.com/
