Nice picture of Martin Jenkins but it's my picture and my copyright. Thieving sods. Not even a picture credit, and they cut his Mandolin off to boot. Very poor show.

Here it is with Mandolin and credit.

If you email daniel.smith@trinitymirror.com I'm sure he'd be only too happy to credit you?

HI, yes I will do that but the article has now been and gone. As they have acquired my picture somehow they should have filed it with copyright information.

The digital business has made a nonsense out of copyright. If they use my picture, they shouldn't edit it, i.e. chop it up and change it completely, they should also credit me and probably also pay me.

Martin was a good friend of mine so I'll let it go in his memory as he died recently.
