There's very little public sympathy Rebbonk for reasons which I understand but don't necessarily agree with.
It was actually the Labour government which instigated the current forced-labour programme back in 2008 while the unions and disabled charities roiled-over and played dead. In fact it was only after the latter charities' own forced-labour programmes failed to deliver the revenues they were expecting from central government that they began to boycott the scheme themselves.
