Another similar story, this time c/o the Sun. Interestingly, they claim the MOD says there is no law banning sales of cigarettes to men in uniform.... I think somehow we need clarification from the authorities on just what can and cannot be sold to whom!

Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
