Lockerbie Coincidences. Why Did So Many Celebrities Miss That Flight?

Odd how none of these celebrities mentioned it at the time and only remembered many years later when their careers had faded and they needed as much publicity as they could find?

John Lydon claimed he didn't mention it because he didn't want to upset his wife who was suffering from dementia, but she wasn't suffering from dementia back then.

I don't doubt they missed 'a flight' around that time, it's just easier to remember and makes for a more interesting story by linking it to that specific event.
