These are just a few of almost 30 reviews of Coventry and the immediate surrounding area left on the website ilivehere.co.uk. The vast majority of the reviews from the keyboard warriors are far from complimentary, with Coventry being kicked for everything from its buildings and bridges to its politics and people.

Even the city’s neighbour’s aren’t free from scathing criticism with Nuneaton described as a “cesspool”, Rugby nicknamed “Drugby” and Leamington as “infested”.
