Just an observation...

Postby rebbonk » Sun Apr 16, 2017 8:53 am

It's Easter Sunday and I've just seen a council truck round here emptying street bins!

1) Is this really necessary as the bins were not remotely full?

2) How much has this cost the tax payer?

Just one small example of where our extravagant council could be cutting back that would hurt no front line users.

:stir:
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Lucky you! There's a communal recycling bin been left in the street here for over three weeks waiting to be emptied. For whatever reason it wasn't emptied when the individual blue bins were last collected. I expect things like that to get worse when green bin collections are cut back.
