Nobody likes to be told this but we are still in the middle of a 'housing bubble' with prices held artificially high by government economic policy. Sooner or later interest rates will rocket and the housing bubble will burst.

I keep telling people exactly that. They really don't like to hear it.

People are going to get badly burned when it all comes tumbling down.
