They have been impacted by roadworks on Blackhorse Road
Dozens of households across Bedworth will not have their bins collected as planned. They were due to have collections both today (March 19) and tomorrow (March 20).
But Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has said that roadworks on Blackhorse Road have hit the 'large amount' of planned collections.
"Blackhorse Road is one of only two roads leading into a large estate and the second access road has a bridge which our refuse vehicles cannot legally go over because of weight limits," a statement from the council explained.
It goes on to state: "As a result of the roadworks, the collections cannot take place and will be undertaken on Saturday (March 21).
"The work is scheduled to take place all day today and tomorrow. Refuse teams will work on Saturday to service the missed bins, dependent on the road works being completed on time."
