Part of the signage has been removed from the front of the eatery in Coventry Street
A much-loved cafe in Nuneaton town centre has closed its doors. Part of the signage has been removed from the front of Masons.
The eatery has been open for more than a decade, offering outdoor seating for its customers. Its sudden closure with, as yet, no explanation has left customers 'gutted'.
The family run firm was famed locally for its hearty breakfasts and Sunday lunches. But its doors have been firmly shut for good.
The news about the closure of the cafe comes less than a week after another well-known name in Nuneaton town centre revealed it was also going to close.
Abbeycraft Artworld, which has been based in Abbey Street, announced that it would be shutting its doors. It cited a number of reasons, including the closure of the nearby Co-op car park. No final closure date has been announced.
