A Coventry office development is close to being fully let, just six months after the completion of a major refurbishment programme.
The £1.5bn Friargate project unveiled the 11-story Friars House to the market in August of last year after undergoing a refurbishment, resulting in the creation of 51,223 sq ft of office space.
Now, only 10,751 sq ft of space remains available, which has been refreshed by FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) to better suit the needs of local businesses.
The available space includes a complete 6,880 sq ft floor or flexible floor plans that can cater to smaller requirements, a feature introduced by FIREM to adapt to the changing demands of businesses post-COVID.
Among the current tenants are Coventry University and Hays Specialist Recruitment.
Additionally, the occupants of Friars House include FIREM’s dedicated serviced office provider, FigFlex, which operates on the first and fourth floors, offering short-term and coworking office solutions for teams of two desks and above.
