Girl 'sexually assaulted' on bus in Coventry as police issue CCTV appeal

A girl was allegedly sexually assaulted on a bus in Coventry. Coventry Police have revealed they are investigating the allegation.

They say that a teenage girl was reportedly sexually assaulted on a number 13 bus in Randle Street. The alleged incident took place in October last year.

Investigating officers have now released a CCTV image of a man they say they need to speak to in connection with the incident. "We're looking to speak to him after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted on a bus in Coventry," the team said on a post on the Coventry Police page on Facebook.

"The assault happened between 4.30 and 5pm on 20 October last year on the number 13 bus in Randle Street. If you recognise him, or have any information which could help, call us on 101 or use Live Chat quoting crime number 20/922797/23."
