More jobs created at Fusion call centre in Coventry
Posted: Wed Oct 20, 2010 6:01 pmOne hundred new jobs are being created at a call centre in Coventry as a company expands its offices.
Fusion, part of the BGL insurance group, said it will create the jobs at its Parkside Business Park offices in Mile Lane.
A spokesman said the firm was expecting its staff to deal with more than 700,000 more customer calls every year.
The firm handles inquiries for motorbike and car insurance brands.
