Man punched and kicked during violent robbery in Longford

A man was attacked and robbed on Windmill Road
A CCTV appeal has been launched after a man was assaulted and robbed in Coventry. He was punched in the face during the violent attack on Windmill Road.
Officers were called after a man reported having his wallet stolen on the busy road in Longford. He was then punched in the face and kicked.
It happened at around 11.30pm on Saturday, May 27. A full investigation has been launched by West Midlands Police. Anyone who recognises those pictured has been urged to contact the force via Live Chat.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “Do you recognise these men? We want to speak to them after a robbery in Windmill Road, Coventry.
“At 11.30pm on May 27, a man had his wallet stolen by another man, who then punched him in the face and kicked him. We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have more information. Contact us via Live Chat quoting crime number 20/472003/23.”
