Lorry driver charged after death on M25 in Essex
Posted: Mon Oct 11, 2010 2:45 pmA lorry driver has been charged by police investigating a fatal road crash involving four vehicles on the M25 in Essex.
Ian Roberts, 63, from Exhall near Coventry, died in the collision near Navestock on 22 October 2009.
A 24-year-old man from Spalding, in Lincolnshire, has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
He will appear at Harlow Magistrates' Court on 10 November, Essex Police said.
