Fire has engulfed at least half of an engineering firm in Warwick.
Smoke from the Nelson Street fire could be seen right across the town, witnesses said.
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service was first called to the scene next to the Grand Union Canal, shortly before 0630 BST.
The fire is now under control but the service has said it is not safe for them to get inside the building. Up to 25 firefighters tackled the blaze.
