Posted: Tue Sep 28, 2010 7:23 pmDon't believe it myself. It sounds too much like blame shifting. I remember how Chancellor Kohl bribed East German voters with a one-for-one swap of Deutchmarks and how it brought the West German economy to its knees long before adoption of the €uro.
