Plans have been confirmed for 94 new homes to be built on a brownfield site in Coventry.

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has confirmed a multi-million-pound investment to kick-start the development of nearly 400 homes and commercial premises at three derelict sites across the region.

One of these sites is Wood End Manor Farm in Coventry where the 94 homes will be delivered.

The Wood End, Deedmore, Henley Green and Manor Farm areas of the city have already seen hundreds of new homes built in redevelopment efforts.

The announced brownfield regeneration schemes in Coventry, Nuneaton and Wolverhampton are the latest from the WMCA’s devolved housing and regeneration programme.

"Popular location", Wood End? They have to pay people to live there! :clown:

And it's not an "investment", it's just throwing good money after bad.
