"Stolen Cockapoo is reunited with owner"
Posted: Thu May 06, 2021 9:48 pmA Cockapoo puppy who was stolen from outside a supermarket in Nuneaton has been found safe and well, police said.
Blossom went missing after her owners shopped in Spar in Lutterworth Road at about 17:15 on Saturday.
She was found earlier today on Ryton Pools in Bubbenhall.
Warwickshire Police is investigating the theft and has appealed for information about a light-coloured BMW car that was seen outside the shop at the time of the incident.
"Dog theft is a callous and emotive crime," Insp Sally Bunyard-Spiers said.
The owner is said to be cock-a-hoop!
