Cyclist dies six days after crash in Rugby

A 50-year-old cyclist has died in hospital six days after being involved in a collision with a car.

The man suffered serious head injuries in the crash in Corporation Street, Rugby, at about 1550 BST on 17 August.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the collision which involved a Vauxhall Corsa. The driver was not hurt.

Warwickshire Police want to speak to a woman driver who was in a queue at some traffic lights who may have important information, a force spokeswoman said.
