Gun shots were fired through the window of a house in Tile Hill last night.

Luckily no-one was injured but police have launched an investigation.

Part of the road was taped off this morning and a police van is still at the scene.

The incident happened in Tile Hill Lane just before midnight last night, Sunday, November 29.

A forensic examination of the scene has been carried out.

West Midlands Police said it’s believed someone ran from the property and along Middlecotes before being picked up in a dark coloured vehicle.

They’re asking anyone with information, or who may have dashcam footage, to get in touch.

You can contact them on the live chat function on their website, or by calling 101, quoting crime reference number 20CV/295935B/20.
