A Coventry school is closed today after two pupils were diagnosed with typhoid.

Whitmore Park Primary School in Halford Lane, Keresley Heath, is shut to allow a deep clean to take place, Coventry City Council has confirmed.

The school is due to reopen tomorrow.

A letter sent to parents on Friday, and seen by CoventryLive, states that two pupils have been diagnosed with typhoid.

The letter states that a thorough deep clean was started over the weekend and this will be completed today.

Parents have been told that there is no need to worry and that the risk to other children is low.

Whitmore Park Primary School is expected to reopen as normal tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10.

It'll be cholera next, then smallpox, then bubonic plague.

Nothing would surprise me with the nutters we have in charge .
A relative told me the other day the patient here that had Coronavirus was taken on a ward full of patients before they had diagnosed it. :clown:

According to my doctors a fair few years back they told my daughter she had embola :hysterical:
the same doctor told her she was nt allergic to paracetomol yet Dr Dawes at Engleton Rd surgery then Dr Long at Keresley Rd surgery also a nurse st Tilehill village all said she was and could nt give her any thing with parcetomol in it only aspirin could be given.

The other night on tv they stated Smallpox is the worse virus we have ever had .

When I started work on aircraft, we were warned that the aircraft had been to all sorts of places and could carry all sorts of diseases/insects etc. Basic hygiene rules were drummed into us from day one.
