Brexit Party candidates announced for Coventry

The Brexit Party has announced its Coventry candidates for the general election on December 12

James Crocker will stand in Coventry South. He was previously a candidate in Mid-Derbyshire, but he was stood down by Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage as the seat has an incumbent Conservative MP.

Iddrisu Sufyan (pictured), a British Army veteran, will stand in Coventry North East.

Joshua Richardson is the party’s candidate standing in Coventry North-West.

James Crocker will face Zahra Sultana (Labour), Becky Finlayson (Green), Ed Manning (Independent), Mattie Heaven (Conservative) and Stephen Richmond (Liberal Democrats) in Coventry South.

Coventry North West is set to be contested by Mr Richardson for the Brexit Party, with Greg Judge (Liberal Democrat), Clare Golby (Conservative) Taiwo Owatemi (Labour) and Stephen Gray (Green).

Colleen Fletcher (Labour), Nukey Proctor (Liberal Democrat), Sophie Richards (Conservative) and Matthew Handley (Green) on the ballot for Coventry North East against Mr Sufyan.

The Brexit Party was contacted for comment on its candidates.
