The discovery was made on Friday lunchtime
The discovery of a man's body in Coventry city centre is not being treated as suspicious.
Police taped off Lady Herbert's Garden and part of Millennium Place after the body was found in the gardens at around 12.45pm on Friday (September 27).
At the time West Midlands Police said enquiries were being made to "establish the exact circumstances".
And today a force spokesman has said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious and will be referred to the coroner."
A number of police officers and vehicles were at the scene on Friday lunchtime while Lady Herbert's Garden were taped off for some time.
