It happened in the middle of the day
A baseball bat gang left a 26-year-old man with multiple injuries after attacking him in the street.
Up to four masked men armed with baseball bats attacked the man, who has not been identified, in Beake Avenue, Radford, Coventry.
The nasty attack took place just after 1pm on Wednesday (September 25).
Following the assault, the gang fled in a vehicle.
Police called West Midlands Ambulance Service and an ambulance was sent to the scene.
"He had suffered multiple injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance," the WMAS spokesperson said.
Investigations are now underway to find the gang who left the man with head injuries.
