Due to be ready for the beginning of 2020's academic year, the £20 million accommodation is going to house 210 students, in four to nine bed flats.

It is going to be aimed at Warwick University students and located on Fletchamstead Highway.

A new student accommodation is due to be built in Coventry in time for the start of the 2020 academic year.

The new building will be located on Fletchamstead Highway and is set to cost £20million.

Within the development will be flats sleeping between four and nine people each with a total number of spaces for 210 students.

Facilities will include a gym, cinema room and bicycle storage.

Beaufort Capital, who are helping to fund the build, say the site is "well-located in an established residential area and is situated within easy reach of the nearby Warwick University campus".

It will be built by Coventry-based firm Torsion Group ready for the 2020 academic year.
