Police raided the house this morning
A cannabis factory has been discovered in Coventry after an early morning drugs raid.
Police confirmed the discovery of the illegal plant grow after searching a property on Three Spires Avenue in Radford this morning.
Officers were on scene at 6.30am, with Coventry North West Police confirming that a woman was arrested inside the address.
Officers found around 150 plants inside the property, with pictures posted by West Midlands Police showing the sizeable haul.
The force also confirmed that a 21-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
She remains in police custody.
In a Tweet earlier in the day, police said: "Early morning drugs raid in Radford today.
"Great result! Cannabis factory discovered and one person arrested inside the address.
"PC Thompson would make a great milk-tray man... #moredrugsoffthestreets."
