It doesn't surprise me that few cars are stolen in Scotland. Its not because the Scots are more honest its because few cars are worth nicking up north. As it rarely stops raining in Scotland most cars are rust buckets within the first twelve months from new.
However, the affluent West Midlands is high on the list for stolen cars.

Possibly because there are more chop shops in the West Midlands than anywhere else perhaps?
