The Yanks v BP

Postby StevieG » Mon Jul 19, 2010 7:18 am

I am amazed at the these so called US Senators trying to screw BP in anyway they can & being as there were 5 American oil companies involved
in the intial rig explosion, why are they keeping them out of the mud slinging :?: :?:
I would expect the PM to bring the point up with his meet with Obama when he visits as this is getting beyond a joke & Obama talks about the special
relationship with the UK so if this is factual, it is about time he showed it but as usual, is this typical American B......t :?: :?: :?:

You're right Stevie - about time this 'special relationship' was kicked into touch :fuming:

Was it ever "special"? I think we've always paid heavily for anything we've ever had from the Yanks. Lend-lease anyone?
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

The US certainly seems to be getting impatient with Obama, and our lot have hardly set the country alight have they? - Where have all the real statesman like politicians gone?
