Man stabbed in Earlsdon suffers possible life-changing injuries

It is the 10th stabbing in the city in 2019

A man was left with "potentially life-changing injuries" in the latest stabbing to hit Coventry.

The stabbing happened in Osborne Road, Earlsdon, at around 11.30pm on Friday night (March 8) and the injured man was found at a nearby medical centre.

It is the 10th reported stabbing to have happened in the city already in 2019.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police received a call from the ambulance service at 11.35pm last night (Friday March 8) that a stabbing had been reported at an address in Osborne Road, Earlsdon.

"The man who had been stabbed was located at a nearby medical centre and was taken to hospital for treatment for injuries that are described as potentially life-changing."
