The incident occurred on Middleborough Road, Radford, near Nauls Mill Park at around 9.30pm on Saturday (November 24).

Chloe Sheepy, 20, says her sister Lowri Howard, 16, took their Staffordshire bull terrier pup, Rylo, for a walk with friends.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “Police are investigating after a dog was stolen at knifepoint.

“The thief approached the occupants of a car and then took the nine-week-old Staffordshire bull terrier before making off.”

Chloe, who lives in Coundon with her family, posted on Facebook: “He pulled a knife out on my little sister and took my puppy!

“The police have been called and we drove round looking everywhere, but still no luck.

“I just want Rylo home! If anyone knows anything or has seen anything please let me know as soon as possible.”

Lowri described a male who walked over to her friend’s car, opened the door and demanded the car keys, revealing a knife.

Her friend with the keys was not in the car at the time, so instead he focused his attention on the puppy, who was sitting in Lowri’s lap.

Lowri says the male – who she thinks was between 17 and 19 – was dressed in a black puffer jacket and red trainers with a white bandana covering his face.

She also suspects he is of Asian or Somalian origin.

Chloe says her family is offering a £100 reward for whoever can help them find Rylo and contribute to his safe return.

A Staffordshire bull terrier puppy can sell for hundreds of pounds.

They're largely isolated from it all Melisandre. Few of them live amongst us proles and even fewer venture out without some form of 'protection'.

But, if as you say, if it happened to one of them things would change PDQ.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Yes I know Rebbonk but it only take one of their kids getting it when out shopping etc . Again I ll say I don't believe those that create this kind of society should have any protection at all they would be very careful then on the kind of society they are creating.
