The officers were there for almost four hoursArmed police were on a Coventry street for several hours in a bid to trace a man wanted in connection with firearms offences.
The armed officers were called out to Radford Road at around 8pm on Wednesday, November 11. [sic]
The officers attended an address on the busy road and searched the property, as well as the surrounding area.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said they had been acting on intelligence received.
Although they spent almost four hours at the scene they did not locate the man they were looking for.
