Hundreds of homes have been left without water after a burst water main in Nuneaton.

Residents in large parts of the Stockingford and Whittleford areas of town woke up this morning (Sunday, November 4) to poor water pressure or no water at all.

Severn Trent Water said, at 3.30am, reports were made about a burst water pipe in Haunchwood Road.

This is having a huge impact on the wider area.

The latest update from the company was issued at 8.55am.

The water supplier stated: “Repair ongoing. Our teams are still on site at the moment carrying out the repair to the burst water pipe, we’re sorry if this has caused any disruptions to customers this morning who are affected by this.

"We’re hoping to have this repair completed soon and will update this page with the latest information as soon as we get this.”
