Latest crime figures show a total of 18 offences recorded on or near the hospital's car parks - three times more than the second highest individual area.
That was Budbrooke Close, in Wood End, which had six recorded violent or sexual crimes.
The violent and sexual offences reported around the UHCW were part of a total of 95 in the Stoke and Wyken police area, which came second in the list only behind St Michael's, which had a total of 110 in August.
The overall number of violent and sexual offences in Coventry in August was the lowest total for four months with 689 recorded offences.
This compared to 837 in July, 741 in June and 698 in May.
Crimes under that category include the likes of rape, sexual assault, common assault and grievous bodily harm.
The police area in Coventry with the lowest number of recorded incidents of violence or sexual offences was once again Henley with 52 and then Longford with 55.
