A man and a woman have been taken to hospital
A crash closed a busy junction in Coventry for around three hours earlier today.
Two cars were involved in the collision where Broad Street meets Stoney Stanton Road, in Foleshill, at around 11.50am.
Police, fire crews and paramedics were all called to the scene and two people were taken to hospital.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said this included a man who was suffering from back pain and a woman.
They added that the junction was closed off while the vehicles were recovered and the road was fully reopened at around 3pm.
