Two more men have been charged with murder following the death of a Coventry man in 1993.
Glenn Ford, 35, was found in a factory in Saltley, Birmingham. He had been shot several times.
West Midlands Police said two men were charged with murder on Wednesday and are due to appear before magistrates in Birmingham later.
Two men were also charged with Mr Ford's murder last week and have been remanded in custody.
Gurmit Singh Birring, 52, of Islay Grove, Hartlepool, and Martin Singh Mattu, 41, of Tyber Drive, Birmingham, appeared before Birmingham Crown Court last Thursday.
The investigation into the father-of-two's death was re-opened by West Midlands Police last October.
