A Coventry man was caught driving without a licence twice in the space of five days

Hanif Choonara got behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa on February 22 and 26, and was stopped both times in Clifford Bridge Road for having no valid licence.

When the 47-year-old, of Yewdale Crescent, Potters Green, appeared before Coventry magistrates he admitted the driving offences, as well as three counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour.

Those offences took place on January 19, January 27 and February 22.

Choonara had three points endorsed on his driving licence, was fined £150 and ordered to pay a total of £241.50 compensation, £270 court costs and a £80 victim surcharge.

How can they 'endorse' a licence he doesn't have in the first place? :clown:
