CCTV clue after teen attacked and robbed in Coventry city centre

Police would like to speak to his man after an attack on a teenager in Coventry.

West Midlands Police has released these CCTV images of a man in a black coat after an 18-year-old was assaulted in the city centre.

In the early hours of the morning on October 19, 2016, the young man was approached by a group.

He was walking down Trinity Street at the junction of Hales Street at around 2.15am when he was assaulted and had his phone stolen.

Police are urging anyone who recognises the man in the photo or has any information on the attack to call Det Con Mike Bray at Coventry Police on 101 ext 834 3055 quoting 20CV/204835A/16.

With the amount of CCTV cameras in Coventry it's a mystery how there's any crime at all? :roll:

The argument that cameras stop crime has never stacked up.

People watching is a fetish that our council seems to be particularly interested in. - Wonder why? :roll:
