Police appeal to find man wanted over Foleshill street attack

Police are re-appealing for help to find a man wanted in connection with a street attack in Coventry.

A 44-year-old man was set upon by two men as he walked down Webster Street, in Foleshill, on September 11 last year.

Officers have been trying to trace the man pictured, believed to be known as Gagandeep, ever since and are calling on the public to help.

A second man has already been jailed for his part in the attack.

Amandeep Singh, 30, of Barston Close, Longford, was jailed for seven months and two weeks after pleading to guilty to assault.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Constable Sarah Vaughan at Willenhall police station on 101.

Alternatively details can be passed on anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
