Police breath-tested Guled Mohammed at the Tesco Arena petrol station in May

A disqualified drink-driver was caught over the limit again at a petrol station in Coventry.

Guled Abdulahi Mohammed was stopped by officers in his blue Nissan Micra at the Tesco Arena petrol forecourt.

He blew a reading of 60 microgrammes (mcg) in 100 millilitres of breath - the limit is 35 mcg.

Mohammed, 33, of Wellington Street, Hillfields, was charged with drink-driving in connection with the incident on May 14 and pleaded guilty to the offence at Coventry Magistrates’ Court.

He also admitted to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance and was banned once again, this time for three years.

He was also given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for a year for repeat offending, given 180 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £135 court costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

He'll not learn, we'll see him before the courts again.
