Unfortunately, I suspect you're right. However, I sincerely hope that the CEO takes a blasting at the next shareholders meeting. - I'm not a shareholder, but I'd be mightily upset at this avoidable state of affairs.
Now, let me at the next Co-Op shareholders meeting!
