Waiting for a wheelie bin?

Postby PoundShopPeter » Sun Apr 25, 2010 3:25 pm

We've been waiting weeks for a brown lidded one. The former City Engineers depot on the Foleshill Road seems to be full of them. Wonder why the council can't deliver them faster if they are serious about wanting people to re-cycle :?:

I also know from personal experience that many people have been given recycle bins they don't want, have no use-for and can't even find the space to store them.

We didn't get one in the first place.

Despite phone calls and promises, nothing ever arrived.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Brianna was one of the biggest posters on icCoventry before Smithers banned her. I've been trying to find a way to let her know this site exists now.

Why was she banned ????? Probably spoke her mind - which of course you're not allowed to do -

Love the video - :rolling:

We don't have them in our town - for which I'm very grateful - they're an eyesore - and when I visit my friend in Coventry - I'm amazed at the fact people just leave them out on the pavement permanently

She was the female equivalent of 'Baldy' but unlike our much missed friend she didn't try to sign-up there again with another name. She did post for a while on a rival forum but that was very short-lived.
