Police are investigating after a 23-year-old man was stabbed outside The Pilot pub in Coventry.
He was sat in his silver C-class Mercedes in the car park of the pub in Burnaby Road, in Radford, at around 4.45pm on Saturday when he was attacked.
Three men approached the car before two of them smashed the windscreen and the third man stabbed the man in the leg.
All three then ran off towards Rollason Road.
They are described as three white men. One wore a red tracksuit, another had a silver hooded top on and the third wore a black hooded top.
The injured man was taken to hospital with a single knife wound and was released later the same day.
Early inquiries suggest this may have been a targeted attack and officers are working to establish if any CCTV footage or witnesses at the scene can help them find those responsible.
Anyone with information should call police in confidence on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
