Visiting times are back to normal for the first time since January at a Warwickshire hospital affected by the norovirus sickness bug.An outbreak at Nuneaton's George Eliot Hospital led to a ban on all visiting in mid-January, apart from in exceptional circumstances.
Later that month, visitors were allowed but with restricted hours and only two per patient could be there each day.
There was another total ban in March before restricted visiting was imposed.
The hospital is still urging people suffering from vomiting or diarrhoea, or who have come into contact with others with vomiting or diarrhoea within 48 hours, not to visit inpatients.
Norovirus is not normally considered a threat to healthy people, but could be a risk to hospital patients.
