Huge hide and seek event in Coventry's Ikea called off

IKEA have cancelled a huge game of hide and seek planned for its Coventry store in what would have been the city’s first “flashmob” event.

Hundreds of people were expecting to hide in the complex layout of isles for charity today but the Swedish furniture giant has had a last-minute change of heart.

On one of my visits to Coventry I visited the store - and had to seek assistance to find my way out :shock:

I could envisage it would have been chaotic had it gone ahead
