Do you remember when goldfish were given away freely at fairgrounds??

This shows just what sort of country we're living in - what a disgusting waste of tax-payers money - why couldn't they just give her a verbal warning - and why is she on a curfew :fuming:

The goldfish was later adopted by an animal welfare officer and is in good health
